Petrochemical Plant

What Does Petrochemical Plant Mean?
A petrochemical plant is a facility for the processing of chemicals derived from petroleum. Petrochemicals are extremely versatile and are used in everything from fuel to manufacturing. Plastic products such as HDPE are commonly used in pipes in the trenchless construction industry.

Petrochemicals, which come from petroleum, are used in the gasoline that fuels our automobiles, but they also play a part in many aspects of our daily lives. The plastic products that we use are manufactured from petrochemicals. They are also present in materials used in the construction industry, as well as in medicine, agriculture, and any number of other fields.

Petroleum is a naturally occurring substance that comes from deep below the earth’s surface. According to the American Heritage Dictionary, it can be separated into “natural gas, gasoline, naphtha, kerosene, fuel and lubricating oils, paraffin wax, and asphalt”. They are also used to make ethylene and propylene for plastic products. Petrochemical plants are responsible for these processes.

Most of the industrial parts in petrochemical industry factories have high-load requirements. Hickwall's high-load and ultra-high load wheel series, high-load level adjustment casters, and Leveling Foot allow customers to choose industrial products that suit them according to different environments.
